My Mozilla is Important

There was this one instance, where someone from another department has called our department for some troubleshooting. I received the call so I went up to the second floor as fast as I could.

Upon checking the computer's CPU, the problem should be the WINDOWS XP Installation. I received multiple rebooting after the windows startup logo. So one thing I need to do first is to take the CPU with me and bring it down to my working station to fix it thoroughly.

After the customer heard my plans regarding the CPU, she was quite scared that it might be reformatted (most people think that formatting's the best solution to errors and bugs).

And so, I removed the mouse and keyboard ports from the CPU, the monitor, and the CPU power cord. I'm ready to go downstairs together with the CPU when the customer whispered something to me.

"Don't forget to save my Mozilla. It's important."

Me: Uhhmm, okay. (But deep inside, I was like: "Seriously? Mozilla, the internet browser? Over the files?")
